Un mois après sa première visite, l’école d’ingénieurs Polytech Annecy-Chambéry est à nouveau venue chez Infodream jeudi 23 novembre. En effet un autre groupe d’étudiants en 1ère année, accompagné de son professeur, a eu l’opportunité de visiter Infodream avec comme guide notre CEO et fondatrice, Corinne Clesse.
Les futurs ingénieurs ont pu découvrir l’entreprise, son organisation, son cadre de travail privilégié et ses métiers.

J’ai été surpris par le fait que tout le monde se regroupe 2 fois par semaine pour partager, communiquer. Il y a des moments de détente, et j’aime bien l’idée de prendre le café tous ensemble lorsque la cloche sonne. C’est un mélange de travail et de détente.

J’apprécie la situation géographique du bâtiment sur l’esplanade du lac, la luminosité de l’open space au dernier étage, et la terrasse en demi-cercle.

J’aime bien aussi le concept bi-hebdomadaire du minute meeting, où chacun présente brièvement aux autres l’avancement de son travail. L’ambiance détendue et le baby-foot m’ont également beaucoup plu.
